# Human review checklist — resident repair update

Internal training aid for a non-emergency repair with no confirmed appointment. A missing or uncertain answer means HOLD and human escalation.

- [ ] Open the authoritative work order; verify its ID, latest revision, status owner, timestamp and shareable fact.
- [ ] Confirm this is routine and non-emergency; use the safety pathway for any danger or uncertain urgency.
- [ ] Check the verified resident and authorized contact channel in the approved source.
- [ ] Check complaints, contact preferences, entry/access, payment and sensitive-data issues; route exceptions to the responsible person.
- [ ] State unknown repair timing explicitly; do not infer an ETA, appointment, completion or contractor arrival.
- [ ] Check the exact draft against the current source and record reviewer, version and time with timezone. Any change needs a fresh review.
- [ ] Record an owner and time for an internal status check; do not present it as a repair time or resident promise.
- [ ] An authorized staff member sends manually. Log send time/channel/reference, then mark DELIVERED only with suitable evidence, FAILED on a reported failure, or UNKNOWN when no proof exists.
- [ ] Preserve errors and earlier messages. Escalate a wrong recipient or claim, then approve a new linked correction event.

This checklist does not authorize a send or replace local safety, privacy, entry-notice or legal policy.
