A practical approach
Work through the real process.
Clarify the information, people, review points, and boundaries before deciding what to build or use.
Start with one process
Describe what triggers the work, where information arrives, who makes decisions, and what a successful handoff looks like. Examples might include intake, document routing, follow-up, or preparing a draft for a qualified reviewer. The same broad pattern can have very different data and approval rules in different organizations.
Check fit and boundaries
We would ask what information can be shared, whether access to the existing system is possible, what must be checked by a person, and how an error should be handled. We do not assume a generic AI tool can replace domain judgment or satisfy every data requirement.
Agree on a scoped next step
A first discussion should identify a bounded use case and the people who own it. If the idea is feasible, a proposal can set out deliverables, testing, deployment, external provider costs, and support. If more discovery is needed, we can say so before committing to a build.
