What we collect

If you join our email list, we collect your email address, any name you choose to give us, the time you agreed to receive emails, and whether you signed up on our landing page or Create Copy page. We keep that signup record on our own server.

Create Copy ideas and generated posts are not stored by us. To limit abuse, we keep an IP address and daily generation count; older counters are removed when the tool is used again. Our web server may also record basic request information in its access logs.

Who processes your information

When you use Create Copy, the text of your idea is sent to our AI provider, AvalAI, to generate posts. If you join the email list, we send your contact details to Hostinger Reach, our email service, once the connection is configured. We do not send your Create Copy idea or generated posts to Reach.

Why we email you

We use the email list for launch news and practical tips, only after you tick the consent box. You can unsubscribe using the link in any email we send. To ask for a copy of your contact record or request deletion, email hello@letscreateai.tech.

How we protect the data

Our subscriber database and backups are kept outside the public website folder, with restricted server access. The API tokens used for Reach and AvalAI are stored in a protected server settings file.
